These terms govern your use of OutPost, including browsing seasonal job listings, creating an account, and purchasing paid plans. Your privacy is described separately in our Privacy Policy.
The service
OutPost lists seasonal jobs with housing information, pay details, and links to original sources. Listings are provided for information only: OutPost is not an employer, recruiter, or party to any hiring decision, and we do not guarantee a job, wage, or accommodation.
Your responsibilities
Always verify pay, housing, and start dates directly with the hiring organization before accepting a position, paying a deposit, or arranging travel. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, including employer claims and verification documents.
Accounts and paid plans
Keep your account credentials secure. Paid plans (including Pro tiers for employers and job seekers) are billed on a recurring basis until canceled and grant the features described on the plan page. Prices and features may change with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
Do not use OutPost to post false or misleading listings, scrape or resell content, impersonate others, or interfere with the service. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability and changes
OutPost is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
